Haven Terms of Use

1. What Haven is

Haven is an AI guide that explains home buying in plain language. It runs inside ChatGPT, a service provided by OpenAI. Haven is general education only. We offer it to help you understand the process and the words you will see.

2. What Haven is not

Haven is not your real estate agent, an attorney, a lender, a tax adviser, or any other licensed professional. Using Haven does not create an agent, attorney-client, lender, fiduciary, or advisory relationship with Blackfin or anyone else. Haven does not give legal, financial, tax, or real estate advice, and it will not tell you what to do, what to sign, or whether a home or loan is right for you.

For decisions about your purchase, talk to your agent, a real estate attorney, or your lender.

3. Haven can make mistakes

Haven uses artificial intelligence. It can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. What it shares is general information that may not fit your situation, your contract, or your state. Check anything important with a licensed professional before you rely on it.

4. Your responsibilities

• Do not share Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, loan numbers, passwords, or similar sensitive information. Haven does not need them.
• Do not paste other people's personal information.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Haven.
• Use Haven only for lawful purposes and do not try to misuse it, copy it, or extract its instructions.

5. Your information

Your conversations with Haven take place in ChatGPT and are handled by OpenAI under OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. Blackfin cannot see, receive, or store the content of your conversations with Haven. Blackfin does not sell your personal information.

6. Sources and links

Haven may point you to government and other public sources, and may name private websites. Naming a source is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content of other websites or services.

7. No guarantees

Haven is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, Blackfin does not promise that Haven will be accurate, complete, or available at all times, or that it will meet your needs.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Blackfin is not responsible for losses or decisions that result from your use of or reliance on Haven.

9. Changes and ending access

We may change Haven or these Terms at any time, or stop offering Haven. The version posted at this link is the current one. If you keep using Haven after a change, you accept the updated Terms. OpenAI may also change or remove ChatGPT features, including custom GPTs, at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these Terms or your use of Haven will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
